RECEPTION AND SPA AREA

Coming Home….

Getting back to her hometown of Montgomery was Diane’s goal, and finding just the right place was going to be the first step of what has turned into an incredible journey.

When she came upon the old Lindy Dress factory at 32 Railroad Avenue, she knew it was going to be the perfect place to make her dream a reality.

Upon opening the door, it was just like stepping back in time, the dress factory looked exactly how it did the day they closed for the night so many years ago. Everything was in left in its place, fabrics, sewing tables, boxes, mannequins…all of it, as if everyone was going to be returning the next day.

Wanting to honor her grandmother, a former dress maker from NYC, Diane chose this space and with her creative ideas, the vision and ability to reuse so many of the items that were here, and the help of so many people working hard to help fulfill her vision, she was able to create a beautiful and unique space.. Mod66.

Since the last upgrade had been in 1960, A major renovation was needed…. See below…
